Tompkins County Area Development, Inc. provides a range of free services to Park companies, from referrals to complete application development for grants, low interest loans and financing programs. TCAD has been instrumental in assisting major companies to locate in the Park by arranging real estate tax-abatement programs for new buildings and sales tax-abatement for equipment.
